Product Introduction
      The Specification describes CR18 ceramic capacitive pressure sensing element applicable to automobile and industry. Capacitance is directly proportional to pressure within its range. With an extremely high linearity, the product is compatible to a majority of pressure media favorably, with such characteristics as corrosion resistance, impact vibration resistance, interference resistance, high reliability, small fixed temperature drift, extremely low hysteresis and fatigue, etc.

Recommendations for product riveting pressure
      It is suggested to use servo riveting pressure device or equipment for riveting pressure with a fixed pressure. The max. force of riveting pressure under stroke control mode shall not exceed 20KN, and the direct force of ceramic sensing element shall not exceed 3KN respectively. Ceramic pressure sensing element as well as sensor may be damaged or output drift may occur due to excessive stress inside sensor, if the environment where the sensing element is used is more serious than the working environment specified in the specification or under too much riveting pressure.
